The warehouse has a total area of 10,530 m2 of which:
- Open area with a total area of 6,100 m2. Passing along the open part of the bonded warehouse is the railway industrial track. This enables fast and efficient manipulation (unloading and loading) of goods loaded on a train, directly in the warehouse. There is also truck access to the open part through the main gate.
- Closed area of 4,430 m2 consisting of 4 (four) halls. There is direct access to all halls via the industrial railway track, and there is access for trucks on the other side.
The possibility of direct, two-way access (road and rail) to the bonded warehouse enables fast handling of the goods (unloading and loading), without unnecessary detention and without additional costs.
The room for temporary storage has a total area of 9,891 m2 of which:
-Open area with a total area of 9,386 m2. In the middle of the very open part of the terminal for temporary storage, runs the railway industrial track. There is also truck access to the open part through the main gate.
-Closed area with total of 505 m2. On one side of the closed part of the temporary storage room there is direct access via the industrial railway track, and on the other side there is access for trucks.
The two-way access to the container terminal, that is to the room for temporary storage, and to both the open and to the closed part of the terminal, enables fast and efficient manipulation (unloading and loading) of the goods from the containers, but also of any other goods that come by train or truck.
